A RAN will be issued under the following terms and conditions for non damaged goods: 1.The product is in new or like new condition. 2.The RAN is requested within 15 days of the delivery date. 3. There may be a 10% re-stocking fee on large team orders. Once the product is returned a credit will be issued. Only the cost of the item will be returned. Currently you can ship up to 1 pounds by our most economical plan for only $4.29. You can add a few extra pounds for not much more. All items are weighed and may be rounded up to ¼ pound, and some items may include shipping materials in weight. We ship using the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. Depending on the weight, value, and destination of your package we will select which service is utilized. You can see your total shipping cost prior to submitting your order.
