This is large enough to last you through a practice or workout, but small enough that you can still use one hand. Ok, so what makes it a better bottle: The Better bottle is spill proof. The bottle uses the CamelBak Bite valve to prevent spills. The cap size is large enough to make it easy to fill. It is easy to carry because the bottle isn’t that large, plus it has an integrated handle so it is easy to carry. The better bottle also has an articulating stem that moves the bite valve into drinking position, and then easily moves back down. The bottle is also safe on the top rack of the dishwasher, and can handle both cold and hot beverages. The color of the bottle is blue. Warning! Choking hazard.
